DAMAC Islands, a new master community, is set to launch soon, offering an expansive area spread over 30 million square feet in a prime location in Dubailand. This community will feature 4 and 5-bedroom townhouses, with 4-bedroom units covering 2,208 square feet and 5-bedroom units with a maid’s room spanning 3,178 square feet. The expression of interest (EOI) amount is set at 110,000 AED for the 4-bedroom units and 150,000 AED for the 5-bedroom units.

Additionally, luxury villas are available in various configurations, including a 6-bedroom villa with a maid’s room (4,440 square feet), a 6-bedroom villa with a maid’s room and gym (10,671 square feet), and a 7-bedroom villa with a gym and maid’s room (17,079 square feet). The EOI amounts are 300,000 AED for the V3 model and 600,000 AED for both the V55 and V75 models. The community will also boast island-inspired amenities to enhance the luxury living experience.
